Santa's Sleigh is on its' Way...

Santa returns to spread the Christmas magic in 2022!

Santa is liaising closely with the Penistone-based charity group, Penistone Round Table (1094) this year in organising his annual visit. Check out the itinerary below that shows where and when Santa will be passing your home to check all the boys and girls are behaving themselves ahead of the Big Day. When it's getting close to the time for his visit, you'll be able to listen out for Santa's favourite TUNES being blasted out of his sleigh. When you hear the music, just come to the end of your path or drive to get a glimpse of the big man himself! Don't forget to be on your best behaviour.

Fox Valley Festive Market 2022

Running from 10am to 4pm on the 3rd and 4th of December 2022 (the first weekend of December) at Fox Valley, Stocksbridge. There will be 20 local traders each day, selling their wares. There's also the new "The Range" shop which opened this year at Fox Valley! Keep up to date with the latest announcements via Fox Valley's Facebook Christmas Market 2022 Event. 

Penistone Christmas Market and Lights Switch-on

Saturday 10th December 2021. A festive market will be held in the Market Barn opposite Tesco - An ideal opportunity to pick up some remaining Christmas gifts for loved ones and stocking fillers! The Penistone Christmas Lights switch-on event 2021 will be held at St John the Baptist's Church at around 4pm. It's rumoured that Santa Clause himself will be making an appearance on his sleigh! Pop-Up Events by Thurlstone Brass Band

Throughout December, Thurlstone's Brass Band will be popping up in various locations, spreading Christmas cheer and adding to that magical Christmas atmosphere. Locations include door-to-door in Millhouse Green, Thurlstone and Penistone. They will also be playing outside Tesco in Penistone on certain days, attending the Christmas Lights Switch on Event and various other locations like local pubs and churches. McShane & Shaw’s Big Christmas Singalong!

Sunday 18th December 2022 2pm. Run Time: 100 minutes. Everyoneis invited – even those who think they can’t sing! It’s time to raise your voice without criticism or judgement. Help create Christmas memories to last a lifetime as together we fill Penistone’s Paramount Theatre with joyful song – led by local family entertainers: Chris McShane & Ralph Shaw.  Visit their website for the full list of events and films.

 

Christmas Market at Yummy Yorkshire
