If someone who is selling their property through Butcher Residential is also intending to purchase a property, they will be asked whether they would like to receive our e-newsletter with details of properties that are new to the market or receive details of properties that fit their search criteria. During the time that Butcher Residential is managing a property, it is usually necessary for routine maintenance work, repairs and gas safety checks to be undertaken by contractors. Contractors have given undertakings that any contact information will be used solely for the purpose of contacting the Landlord and will then be deleted from their records.

What will we do with the information you provide to us?
All of the information you provide during the process will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application, or to fulfil legal or regulatory requirements if necessary.
We will not share any of the information you provide during the recruitment process with any third parties for marketing purposes or store any of your information outside of the European Economic Area. If you are employed by Butcher Residential, relevant details about you will be provided to BHP Payroll who provide payroll services to the company. This will include your name, bank details, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and salary. All interactions related to salary calculations and information are undertaken via Pay Dashboard which is password protected.
Likewise, your details will be provided to The People’s Pension & NEST who are the administrators of Butcher Residential’s Workplace pensions. You will be auto-enrolled into the pension scheme and details provided to the pension administrators will be your name, date of birth, National Insurance number and salary.
